I’ve heard so many good things about argan oil through the years, so I was excited to receive a bottle of Foxbrim argan oil to try in exchange for this honest review.
The product is packed nicely in a dark glass bottle (to maintain freshness) with an eye dropper style of top, so you can precisely control how you distribute the oil, and prevent yourself from applying too much at a time or spilling the bottle.
Even though it is an oil, this product is not greasy at all, and it sinks into the skin really fast. You can immediately put on clothes or layer on other products (for example, if you are using the oil on the face). I mainly used the argan oil to address dry spots on my skin, but I will also use it on the tips of my hair and as a cuticle oil.
The argan oil worked as promised and provided my skin with lots of lightweight but effective moisture. I never felt oily or greasy, and the skin on my legs looked better (in time to bear them to the public wearing shorts). This is a product I will buy again.
The only slight caution I would give is the oil initially has an earthy, green/grassy or hay-like odor for just a few seconds when you first apply it.
Some users might not like this. But it makes sense that this product would have a green, plant-like smell, as it is derived from all natural Argania Spinosa plants.
The odor does not linger by any means, so I wouldn’t worry about this at all when purchasing. Many others have said the same thing of argan oil, so I am not the only one who thinks it has an initial scent that dissipates in mere seconds after application.
Again, this is a product I will definitely and confidently buy again in the future, so I recommend it to you wholeheartedly.
